Is water-cooling laptop can be a thing?

Is installing water cooler with big radiators to laptop CPU & GPU possible? 

How much work is need?

Will it be just pointless stupid thing? And as a consequence, will it cost actual "mobility" of laptop?

Yes very pointless. Its better to just strap a bigger air cooler to it
