Software for automatically syncing USB drive when it's connected

I am looking for some software that will automatically sync my USB drive onto a folder on my computer when I plug it in, and ideally when I change a file as well. It would be really awesome if it also maintained a couple of previous versions, but that functionality is not too important for me. Does anyone have any suggestions? (windows 7)
