screen share as webcam

so, what I want to know is there a program that shares your screen as a webcam, im not sure if my expiation is off but I think you get the idea

if I use an example, if in on lets say a zoom call for example, how wound I trick zoom in to having my screen appear as a webcam in instead on my actual webcam

Is your goal to stream your system and make it output in things like skype as a webcam device?

What are you trying to accomplish, maybe there is a better solution?

Why do you need the recording to show as a webcam?

the motives aren't important it's the how that matters

You can do it with something like OBS with its virtualcam plugin and make it show your desktop as video output. You can then select the OBS output as webcam in Skype or Zoom.
