Windows 10 language

So....... 

I want to buy a surface laptop but there to expensive in my region Estonia so I found it in a store gigannti thats a Finland store does anyone that is windows in Finnish or English cause I dont speak Finnish and I dont want reinstall windows also Im fine If I can change the language after the setup cause I know that xiamis laptops are in chinese and you cant change it.

I think  you can choose the language even during the setup

I wached some set up guides and you could change your region and keyboard layout but not language

There is this tool called 

translator ( for example from google)

 

if it‘s only for setup it might be enough

You can select the language and input layout when installing the os. You should be able to select English as it's the primary language for the OS. If already setup, you would go into regional settings and change it there.

Shouldn't be too hard to figure out as the layout is the same so just follow the icons.

Why not buy from Germany? The have the lowest Price. Use: Geizhals.at to search.

Many Company could buy a Laptop with different Keyboard Layouts on request!!!
