Remote Control and Management for Android

Anyone know of a free alternative to Pulseway?. This will be used for android devices and there are only 6 and will always only be 6. Basically I need to be able to monitor the system only if its up or not and be able to (install apk's remotely but this is not necessary), and this is very important a remote desktop such as teamviewer.

Preferably free or a one time purchase can't have a yearly or monthly plan.
