Fixing Video Stutter in Premiere Pro 2020

Good Afternoon and Happy Monday Eve!

 

I am editing a video to post soon and while recording, ShadowPlay wasn't picking up Discord audio, so I used OBS to record the video. Unfortunately, OBS had some video chop/stutter while recording. It's not too severe, but I'd like to see if I can fix it in post.

 

I am still somewhat new to Premiere Pro and I don't know how to fix (even if it's just a little) the stutter.

You can try interpolating the frames where stutter happened, but if the stutter is more than one or two frames this will probably look worse than just leaving it as is.

got it. yeah I tried that and it didn't make much of a difference. tho now that I know that. I might be able to use that in the future. thanks!
