Is there information you want to save?

If not delete the partitions.

Install it on the First partition.

The partition you're trying to install it on is too small.

if there are information on the drive you would like to keep, click the red X, and get the data off the drive first

if not, select partition 1, click delete, confirm delete, then do the same for partition 2

then select Unallocated, click new and create a new partition

select the higher capacity partition, and click next

it should start loading windows into the drive, let it run and you'll end up at the desktop if nothing else fails

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

This will work but what you want to do for a fresh install is click on both partitions and click delete, it will remove the partitions so you can just click next and fresh install, the installer will automatically set up the partitions for you. Personally I wouldn't want to have just a random empty partition chilling on the drive I'd have to remove later. Just click delete on the partition you are on and confirm, same thing for the other, then you will just have the main drive partition as unallocated, click on it, click next, let windows install and your set.
