Need a Laptop

Hey all, im looking for a 600-700 dollar laptop, (CAD) 

Im not going to be playing very heavy games so a GPU is not required, but a good iGpu would be handy.

I found some options already but I want some opinions.

3500u in second machine has Vega 8 graphics so it doesn’t have as good a gpu. Both are 4/8, both have 8gbddr4, both have small SSDs.  both will saturate their GPUs in a game. Both would saturate either a vega10 or vega8 in a game in fact.  The first has a bigger gpu, so it will play games faster than the second.  There may be other factors besides gpu size at play though

I would really aim for a ryzen 4000 laptop. They have a massive performance increase over the 3000 series and a lot better battery life. The cheapest option is an acer swift that has it as of now.
