Upgrading my ASUS Tuf Gaming Computer

Almost done upgrading my ASUS Tuf Gaming computer my next upgrades are:

1) GPU

2) Replacing the 3 non matching fans to all matching fans

3) Upgrading the 4TB hard drive to order a 8TB or a 12TB

Cooler Master MasterBox MB500 TUF Gaming Alliance Edition
Cooling fans:
1) Corsair ML120 PRO 120mm PWM Fan
2) 2 Noctua NF-P12 redux-PWM(Replacing)
3) Two 120mm PWM fans in MSI AIO cooler
4) Thermaltake 120 mm fan(Replacing)
