i want to buy a new Graficscard what should i have to buy a 2070 super or 2080? 

I want to play MInecraft Fortnite etc. Thanks

have you considered waiting a few months for RDNA2 and Ampere?

 2070 super, they're identical and very similar in terms of gaming  performance. 

though if possible wait for ampere and big navi.

2070 Super, unless the 2080 is the same price or less expensive somehow.

Do you really need a 2070S for Minecraft and Fortnite though..? Or if you mean Minecraft RTX, I'd wait a couple of months for new GPUs to launch.
