Vega 11 and GTX 1650

Currently, I have AMD Ryzen 5 3400g with Vega 11 Graphics. Now I want to buy a GTX 1650 GPU. My question is will both graphics cards work together? 

And, suggest me a PSU for GTX 1650 Graphics Card.

If you are asking if both cards will work together the answer is no, but if you are asking can you install dedicated gpu in a computer that has an igpu the answer is yes, you can do that and it will work.

Budget power supplys are a sketchy place to be but if you stick with a main brand like EVGA or Corsair you should be good. And as far as that GPU goes, it isn't much of an upgrade over the integrated Vega 11 on your CPU. I would either go used or save up for something around RX 5600XT level performance but that's just me
