Performance not as expected

Hello i have the following pc parts:

3800x 

corsair vengence 3200mhz

gigabyte b550 aorus master

gtx 1070 ZOTAC 8gb

 

and I previously had 4790k at 4.5ghz

 

When playing games like overwatch its not nearly as high fps as before, I play with a 144hz monitor. What can i do, any recommended ocs im new to AMD

i enabled xmp and it set to 3200 mhz

What was the game? It's possible the game didn't get any updates to optimise it for AMD, or maybe your windows isn't fully up to date.

thew game is overwatch, I have ryzen master downloaded also
