I honestly have no idea what the 2400Gs are going for now but that seems expensive for what you are getting IMHO.

The PRO is locked and cannot be overclocked, the standard 2400g is unlocked and can be overclocked.

 

Buy a 3300x and pick up a used GTX 960 or something for like $30-40, EVGA has been clearing out GTX 970's for $50, yeah it's an extra $50 but you're going to probably double your performance in games compared to a 1st gen Ryzen "2000 series" APU.
