PC and Games crashing randomly

As the title says my pc and games are just crashing randomly. When my PC crashes it has the error code memory management and when my games crash they instantly crash to the desktop.I searched up the error code and what you can do to fix it i did everything it said it still crashes idk why but it just does. If somebody knows what i should do please leave a comment on what to do. Any help is appreciate.

Try removing one of the memory stick . It possible you have  defective memory .Also possible you have a bad connection . Try reinserting them.

 

Try also clearing the Cmos ( look in owner book )
