which PSU is Better???

Fadhi

Hi im planning on building new PC with amd ryzen 5 3600 and upcoming 3000 series from nvidia (maybe 3060 or 2660 ti), and after doing some research, i found these 2 budget friendly 600w PSU, be quiet pure power 11 600w and Antec NeoECO Gold Zen 600w. So, do you guys have any experience using these PSU? which one is better?

welcome to the forums!

if you are waiting for for ampere, then have you considered waiting for zen 3 as well? considering the low end cards are most likely not to be released this year.

To answer your question, based on the PSU tier list, the pure power 11 is the better unit as it is highlighted in gold meaning

Gold - best units in the tier (includes requirements for blue color in tier A)

Afaik it's an andyson unit (correct me if I'm wrong.) And performs very similarly to a cx, only major difference afaik is the efficiency.

This one is better. It's decent and will do the job.

Though a 500w will probably be more then enough.

Budget? Also cosni the tx550m, and the SP11 550w and the rm550x, but this one will be more than enough.

Since when is an ACRF platform better than an LLC?

ah i was basing it off the fact that the zen performs similarly to the cx (at least afaik), and afaik the pure power is better than the cx.

my bad then lol.

I would only make an assumption about the performance comparison if the same reviewer reviewed all three.

On a component level, the Zen is superior to the CX and BQ.

Thanks!

well i prefer to invest more on graphic card, and i think that i wont really feel real life differences with better cpu for any cpu above 3600 (it will mostly used for gaming).

thanks for the psu tier list! i think based on the list, bequit is a really good psu, but im not found the antec on it

yeah, in my country, it distributed under "Antec" name.

cx from corsair? is it still in bronze efficieny? if it performs similiarly then the gold rated from be quiet must be questionable :). btw, will 500w be enough? i have try some psu calculator and one of them show 500ish Watt requirement, so i decided to play it safe

well efficiency isn't an indication of quality.

though both the zen and the pure power will be more then enough.
