Streaming PC help

So a friend of mine is wanting to build a streaming PC

 

hes located in america and has a budget of $1100 

 

i was thinking 8350 but maybe 3930k , but i have no idea what the prices are like in America as i live en england

 

Anyone got any recommendations ?

My Pc Specs

CPU : AMD FX-8350 @stock w/Noctua NH D-14   Mobo: Asus M5A99FX    Ram : 16gb Corsair XMS3 @1600mhz    GPU : Gigabyte GTX970 Windforce OC 4GB @1429mhz   SSD: Sandisk X110 256gb    Case: Be Quiet Silent Base 800 Windowed  PSU: EVGA 850w g2  Peripherals : Corsair K70 w/Red Switches , Logitech G502 , Samsung SyncMaster S22B300 (1920x1080) , Ttesports Shock one headset , Phone : HTC one A9

Are any peripherals needed or a copy of Windows needed?

Is the system a dedicated streaming system or are we talking about streaming while gaming? If so, what kind of games?

 

I doubt you'd need a 3930k for streaming.

Is this a seperate streaming rig? IF so go for like a cheaper I5 or a FX 6350. If it's gaming and streaming go for an 8320 or if he can do a good build an I7 3770.

no nothing else needed :) , just the actual PC

Games lol , Mostly BF4 :)

Why get a streaming pc in the first place? Why not just stream from the system being gamed on?
