Rockstar launcher slows internet

Since im on holiday in Croatia now I have slow internet. Something I have noticed is that when I watch a stream and open the R* launcher the stream gets connection problems. As soon as I close the launcher, the stream runs normal again. There are no downloads running or anything. Is there a fix for this?
