here's my problem: Gpu Sapphire rx 580, shit card, built very cheap, overheats very fast. well, I need it to work again. So after new Themalpaste and pads, it was running, but the Temp sensors were wrong, (checked with a heat gun, and SpeedFan, GPU-z. Adrenalin update didn't fix it, the GPU was giving wrong Temps! so I decided to change bios to OC Bios(Dual Bios GPU). so then It really ran in Heaven Benchmark 4.0 in 5 minutes over 100 Degrees CElsius, but my fans where spinning like hell. here's my problem: Gpu Sapphire rx 580, shit card, built very cheap, overheats very fast. well, I need it to work again. ( because of Temps), and watts consumption where low, so I checked with heat gun, and my REAL TEPMS were like 55C. so I needed to Bios update my GPU clearly!!! from there everything went bad, NOW my card doesn't get detected by BIOS or any Program. and when I change PCI-E slots, the Mainboard doesn't run power to that slot. so what shall I do?

sapphire is one of the best... rx 580 offers better performance than 1060 and matches gtx 1660...

probably you installed too big thermalpads. my sapphire rx 58+ pulse runs around 65c on full load. Not a shit card, very good card. isnt built very cheap. it is built fairly well. Overheating is probably case airflow issue.

ok, ok. the Card is great!! but how do I fix my situation?

you probalby broke some sensors. no big deal thought. Just run some bencmark for 1 hour and check the temps. now that you know the max temp just make a custom curve with msi afterburner.
