Hi, I live a very chaotic life and my memory is slowly starting to fail me.

I tried some apps like to do reminder and simplenote, but I need something more specific, a repeatable checklist with a history log and very fast to use it (ex: just checking a box for confirmation)

My problem is that I forget if I did or did no do a task and I need a history log to check.

Thanks my dudes :D

Any mobile phone calender would do the trick plus you have the added benefit of being able to use the voice assistant to control it.

I need an app with a history for example, I need to do a task every month and i wanna check 3 or more month later if I did it, to have a history log with if I checked it or not and easy and fast to use.

I said that I need something simple and fast and with a log history, something like this:

I need to set it one time and every time I check it to automatically make a new one for the next mount, with the option to do it in advance and as an app on my phone not windows.

You also sound like you don't even want to try and see what is suggested. Getting something just for you on a platter is not how internet works.

I use combination of Google Tasks and aCalendar. You probably could do with just Tasks. Most of my reminders are one-timers, like school tasks and job application dates. I have one recurring for changing sheets. That's set to renew after previous is marked. But ofc you can set it to show every occasion until the end of Earth.

 to do reminder and simplenote,

Both of these do exactly what you want, you just need to set the settings accordingly.
