I'm currently moving and didn't want to pay the internet bill BC I would be moving to a new house and would have to pay it again. So right im using my phone data, to tether to my computer to get internet but the speed is barely over 1-2 Megabytes yet my phone has speeds around 10 to 20 Megabytes, so why is my computer internet slower? I'm using USB 3.0

What do u mean? I have it plugged into a 3.0 port which is capable of 5 gigbit per second way more than what my phone could make

Its a known fact that cellular providers in the US can and will throttle hotspot/teathering traffic. Most providers have a small amount of data you can use Thethered before they throttle. T Mobile for instance is like 20 Gigs. Cellular providers don't intend on you using hotspot or Teathering for Home Internet. Its just how it is.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.

Ummmmm.... They will figure it out. When you start pulling down a TB or more data they will figure it out and throttle you or kick you off the service. They have done it before.
