DRAM timings not being applied

I was using changing DRAM timings in gigabyte aorus b550 elite bios in the tweaker tab and when I checked CPU-Z and Ryzen master my timings did not apply. I did have very aggressive timings so maybe it is not applying them because it is not able to boot. But in cpu-z and ryzen master the CAS Latency is 15 when the RAM default is 16. What is the issue?

is this the only number that doesnt apply? Then it's normal, cuz Ryzen enables gear down mode by default which only allows even numbers for CAS
