If they didn't fix your problem then in my opinion you should just revert them to their default settings. That said, I am not the biggest expert on NVidia control panel settings and you may want to research some of them, figure out what they do exactly, and test them one at a time.

If you can, you should try connecting via ethernet cable. You can still experiencing stuttering and lag in online games even-though your ping is great because there is more to it than just latency.

What mouse are you using by the way? (name and model)

Finally, can you describe your issue in more detail? You said your aim feels heavier when looking at buildings and other areas that require your GPU to render more things. Is it that your aim is stuttering or does it just feel slower? Is the image itself smooth and just your cameras movement feels slower than when looking at the sky? How drastic is the difference, meaning do you have to be a competitive gamer to notice it or would a non-gamer notice it as well?

Best of luck!

My mouse is Logitech g502

And it feels slower not stuttery or skipping frames it just doesnt feel as smooth as expected the aim feels heavier and the sensitivity feels lower . About the non gamer thing i think you should play a while before noticing it and some of my friends had the same problem but didnt notice it until i told them to look at the sky and move the cam around and it became their problem too XD after that i became thinking that this isnt a problem its a normal thing that people dont notice it ... i'm really confused

So ive been struggling to find a solution for this problem for a long time and its ruining my gaming experience that i m willing to pay to get a solution for this...

So i primarly play a game called apex legends and i have 144+ fps with a 144 hz monitor , the problem is when looking at buildings or at a place when gpu has to render things i feel my aim begin to feel heavy and the motion feels choppy when moving mouse and when looking for example at the sky or somewhere empty like inside a building it feels buttery smooth and my sensitivity feels higher . This problem make it almost impossible to aim at people especially as a competitive player . Later i tried an experiment it was to lock my fps at 144 and use msi afterburner to monitor my fps and frametime with graph and text and started looking at buildings then at the sky ...the fps and frametime were perfectly stable. After this i had no idea what to do i tried many things i also upgraded my pc config

Here is it:

Amd ryzen 2700

Rtx 2060 super

Corsair vengeance8×2 gb ram 3200 mhz

Msi a 320 a pro max

Corsair vs 650w

And btw i have the same problem in all games

Please i really need help i stopped gaming due to this if someone got a suggestion i will be glad to try it

Hello I might be late but I have the same issue since I built my first pc. First I taught its normal but it rly annoyed me so I asked it on reddit and they told me thet this not normal I was very worried. Since I gave up finding this on the net cus I found nothing I taught I am the only one struggling with this problem.I play Valorant fortnite and when I look at building, wall(players only in fortnite) the same as yours. I dont think its the gpu I think its something with the cpu(I might be wrong)cus when I turn on multithreaded rendering its worse ,but it could be a lot of things some cables in pc, drivers electricity, monitor cable but I tryed a lot of things that I dont wanna write now cus It would take hours. What a noticed that a have the same cpu me so idk maybe the cpu. U told that u upgraded your system. Now u have the ryzen 7 2700 and what did u have before?

Are u expereinsing this since the build of the pc or later? Oh and I noticed that in cpu intensive games like minecraft my sens feels slower delayed heavyer than in valorant.

Did u find a fix since? Thanks for your reply.

guys, run some tests on your systems and share the results. https://www.userbenchmark.com/ _ and a screenshot of MSI afterburner when the things get choppy would be a nice start.

Have you run MSI afterburner to get on screen info of specs?

I am curious how much ram and ram are being used.

Those weird frame time issues could be a sign off maxing out the system ram or vram.

But note Fortnite will stutter on any hardware for an hour until everything gets loaded.

Apex could have a similar issue.

More than a decade ago Lineage 2 used to have similar problem when it was just overfilling the VRAM. It would pre-cache resources and never get rid of anything until 30 mins later it will start lagging and dropping frames like crazy. The only solution was to restart the game. Didn't matter what PC you had. But i doubt it's  the same this time or everyone would be experiencing it.

BTW i just checked it and in Fortnite at 1080P the 2700 can only get average of 108FPS, waaaaaaay below the needed 144.

I have the same issue and it’s Been driving me nuts for a year now. I think it’s been there since the beginning but I didn’t start worrying about until last year. I’ve been actively replacing my pc parts but no luck. I had a ryzen 5 1600 and an rx550. Replaced the gpu twice with a 1070ti first then a 4070. The cpu I have now is the i7 12700k. I’ve finally replaced all the parts with the last one being a 1tb green ssd from western digital. I’m currently using the black NVME version but I still have the green one cause I wanted to get my osu songs(no luck so I gotta redownload those 😞). I haven’t tried nearly as many of these solutions but I’m gonna try reinstall the drivers with ddu cause I don’t know if the amd drivers are still there. Also has anyone tried updating bios?
