CSGO Low FPS!

I just started playing csgo again after a long break. 

 

I decided to stream on twitch aswel, though I have stumbled across an issue. 

 

 

Back when I used to play a lot of CS, I had 350+ fps, now I roughly have 200. I upgraded my GPU from a GTX 960 to a GTX 1660 Super, which resulted in around 250 - 300 fps. Though when streaming it now lowers a lot more. I get down to almost 130 fps.

What could be the reason for the huge drop?

 

Hardware:

GPU: GTX 1660 Super

CPU: Intel I7-4770S 3.10GHz 
RAM: 24GB

 

and yes, I stream with NVIDIA NVEC.

 

My Guess is an upgrading to the CPU, but I could be wrong.

 

All CSGO settings are low btw.

I doubt that it is the cpu. My sister also plays cs go and streams with Nvenc. The upgrade from 6600k to 7700k did not notably influence her FPS. 

Have you tried old and new nvenc?

how long you have not played csgo? because it had some updates that make it somewhat heavier

So there is no simple fix.
