Good morning everyone! I have a bit of a big ask and any help/information even if just pointing me towards somewhere I can find information is very much appreciated! My parents own a small business and need a NAS setup that will automatically backup emails and some information from other programs (such as Pastel) at the end of everyday. I am fairly tech savvy and the quotes to do this are a tad ridiculous so I would like to do this for them. What type of system would I need to do this and what would the process entail exactly? Its a total of 5 machines that need to connect and be backed up on this NAS system. I know I'm asking a lot and any information is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

@Aaron7323

Hopefully, all of the computers are connected to the same LAN or else this might be a bit more difficult to set up.

The simplest method for me would be to use a Synology NAS to automatically run backups on schedule. Use their client app on each PC that needs to be backed up.

Like @Falcon1986 said, a Synology NAS would be the way to go. Great user interface, plenty of device options to fit your needs
