How to flip the switch??

I just realized that my 280x has a switch on top to switch bios and I have a feeling that msi afterburner has messed up my current bios. So, how do i switch the bios, just shutdown, flip the switch and turn back on??

I dont wanna brick the card, just making sure, thats how u do it, right???
