Depends on how much deionized water you have, but i would personally use tap water until the water is not murky anymore, and it's going to take alot of water (thats why i recommend tap water) and then do a couple of rinses with deionized as a final pass.

I would recommend if possible to take your loop apart and go in with a toothbrush as the pastel could be in hard to get places.

What should I use to flush my watercooling loop?

De-ionised water? Distilled water?

please help.

De-ionised and distilled water are functionally the same so whichever ypu prefer. Distilled would be the usual recommendation

If you are flushing for the purposes of cleaning, you can even use tap water to get rid of the junk, and then do a couple of rinses with deionized/distilled water to remove residual ions
