Changing gpu

I want to change my old gpu (gt 520) because the fan is dead, but the problem is that my psu is only 350watts. My cpu is a i5 2320, i have 4gb DDR3.

I thought about those graphics card : 

- GTX 1050 Ti

- RX 570

-GTX 1650

out of these, i'd go with the rx 570, though i would put a PSU upgrade along with it.
