On the bright side you can’t overheat it enough to break it.  There’s an auto overheat shutdown.    The old style rule of thumb is anything under 75c won’t even significantly wear a cpu in a reasonable amount of time.  This number may have gone up.  Possibly to the auto shutdown temp.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
