One Of My Case Fans Doesn’t Move!

I just finished my first build but have a fan issue. 1 of my 3 rgb front fans (deepcool rf120s) doesn’t spin, BUT lights up with the the rest. I unplugged it many times. What do I do? It shows up at Bios at 0 RPM and used to start but stop, but now it is fully stopped. I don’t know what to do. I’ve been fumbling around with the cables unplugging them from the mono but nothing is working.

so the rgb is working. You have them plugged in the controller right? So if the rgb works you probably have loose connection in the controller. check that the fans is properly connected to the controller.

Try plugging it into another fan output, preferably one known working where another fan is currently running from... if it doesn't run then it's just faulty.

I have them all in the fan ports, otherwise I can’t get the rgb and the power. I only gave the fan header anyway.

Darn. I plugged the fan into a different port but it still won’t run. The fans are brand new too, since this is a brand new pc build

Getting DOA parts is not unheard of just contact store/Deepcool and RMA it.
