Which mobo temp sensor for fans?

As the title implies, I'm setting up custom fan curves for my case fans. There are only three to control, as the other three are handled by a corsair AIO. Anyway, I'm trying to figure out which temperqture sensor is the best for my case fans to determine their speed by. My four options are as follows: 

CPU

System

MOS

Chipset

My PC specs are:

MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC

AMD Ryzen 5 2600X

Gigabyte RTX 2070 Super gaming OC

2x8gb 3200mhz Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro

Corsair H150i AIO

6x Corsair HD120 PWM fans

Bitfenix Formula Gold 650 Watt
