uninstall the driver and restart your computer. then install fresh updated drivers again. do not use a driver updater. go to the manufactures website and download it from there. also, run windows update.

Since I can’t access the internet do I just use another computer and download the driver onto a flash drive? Also the motherboard I used is the asus rog strix z390-e gaming with wifi, could you send a link to the right driver please

  • 4 weeks later...

I'm running Predator Helios 300, my Intel Dual band 9560 was working properly suddenly it started showing code 10 error and stopped functioning. I tried reinstalling driver, restarted several times but non of these worked. I also reinstalled windows(without formatting). I'm having problem in this lockdown of CoVid-19. Please suggest me the solution

I dont know if this will work,

Post hit F8 and disable driver enforcement not safe mode.

When installing the driver, dont use the installer. Extract the driver from the installation folder.

Install the driver via "device manager" by search folder.

I've tried manually installing the driver from device manger but not disabling driver enforcement, definitely try that out and let u know.

I made sure that the wifi card and antennae are well fitted. I also formatted and reinstalled the Windows from media creation tool using USB. But all these didn't work.

This actually happened after July 31, at that time reinstalling the old 2017 driver fixed the issue. But when I installed the same driver now, the Windows became unstable and went to blue screen. I don't know if this is driver incompatibility or card failure😔
