HELP .Cooler master mwe PSU ( MPE vs MPY ) ??

Hey guys I'm planning to buy a Cooler master MWE 650W BRONZE V2  
since they say the V2 is better than the V1 version 
but I saw some reports that the MWE Gold v2 which is ( MPY model  ) is kinda bad and fails a lot and has a lot of issues so I'm wondering if the bronze one also has this problems but I noticed the bronze is (MPE Model  )
So what's the difference between MPE and MPY ?!
