Crucial, WD and Samsung etc. are all making sata drivers under your price that will work great for you.  There are a few M.2 at that price too.

Anything will do tbh, get the cheapest out of the following

crucial mx500 or samsung (any drive will do). The bx series will probably do as well, but not worth the slight discount

For SATA, I haven't seen a better value than the MX500. It's very reasonably priced and it's right up there with the best in performance.

If you get an M.2, make sure it's actually an NVMe drive. You can get SATA SSDs in M.2 form factor, and that does nothing for you other than saving a couple of cable runs. Also, I would suggest moving your boot to that, and making your current SATA SSD your game storage. You won't notice a difference in the drive speeds in games, but you will for the OS and other file heavy applications.
