It's actually not. It's about the same as HD4600 and those are hard to find.

I would recommend getting a desktop instead because it would be better value.

At that price, you're pretty much not going to get anything better than integrated graphics. Do you *really* need that portability? If so, you're probably going to need to nearly double your budget. Might want to consider just building a budget desktop.
