Always use the website to install drivers when possible. If your default network drivers aren't allowing Ethernet access, use a USB drive to download the network driver from a different PC and install it on your new PC. After you install the network drivers you can simply go to the motherboard's webpage and download the rest.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

You can't install things from the BIOS, you'll have to run the installer on windows, like your other programs.

Don't install them on the USB either, download them and unzip them into the USB, then install them on the new PC.

How are you writing here? With your phone? You could try to download via your phone and then transfer the files via USB to your computer. (if you're on WiFi). I would not recommend it if you are on ... don't remember what is called... pay per data...

No, thats not what I meant. Download it to your phone. Then connect the phone via USB cable to your computer..

Since you seem very new with this, maybe you have a friend with some experience in computers who can help you? I think that would make things much easier for you.
