Hi guys. My name is Denis and i'v been having an issue with my GPU for the whole day.my computer was on all day, after going to sleep for a hour i wake up to a 800x600 resolution screen that can not be changed. tried to look if my Drivers are up to date but turns out they don't even exist on my computer. when I tried to update them through the Geforce EXPERIENCE it says that installation was completed but nope, still no Nvidia control panel and still can't change my Resolution. I went and checked my Device Manager and my graphics card wasn't working well it simply said "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems(Code 43)".

I tried to search for automatic updates. everything. I contacted Microsoft. we came to a point that I had to factory reset my PC(didn't help)
I contacted Nvidia and the suggested to switch the slot of the GPU. after that my displays didn't even turn on.they said it could be an issue with the Motherboard or the GPU

I really have no idea what to do next,I don't know if i should pay for it to get fixed or maybe there is a way that I can fix it my self: if you need any infromation here is what I got:

NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 2070 ARMOR 8GB

CPU:RYZEN  7 1700

MOTHERBOARD:GIGABYTE AB350 GAMING-CF

2 Corsair DDR4 RAM STICKS 8G EACH. 2600MHZ speed

basically if you can help me it will make me happy.

waiting for a reply.

Thank you :)

Clicking the "reset" button in Windows doesn't actually factory reset it, it just wipes the data, not the drivers. The microsoft employee really screwed you over. DDU drivers and reinstall, and let me know.

unfortunately my display wont even work. it blinks NO SIGNAL every second.

How did we manage to get from resetting windows to this point? It seems like you possibly have a dead GPU then. Does it work fine with your integrated graphics, if you have them?

Update:
my pc booted up. i reinstalled my Drivers. but when installation is complete the geforce experience still gives me the option to download a driver. Nvidia control panel not working.

it's like something doesn't let me install it properly...

help?

Did you run DDU or not

yes i did and I pressed on Clean and restart after choosing GPU. nothing changed. still code 43 error and my resolution is stuck to 800x600 and when i try to switch it to 1920x1080(something i couldn't do before) it's working but with a lot of flickering and a lot of white and random color pixels all around the screen.

overall this didn't solve the problem :(
any other suggestions?
