If it was working right up until the driver update then it's most likely the updated driver doesn't like your hardware.

Do you remember the version you were running prior to the update? DDU and re-install the old driver.

Sometimes you have to be careful when updating drivers with old hardware. It won't always go according to plan. Although, I've been told NVIDIAs driver still supports cards much older than the 760 so it's strange to hear you're having these problems.

When you uninstall the driver does the GPU still report Error 43?

Well, pull an older driver and see if that changes when you install it.

should i start with https://www.zotac.com/ee/files/download/by_product?p_nid=334012&driver_type=235&os=981 , or an update from nvidia web site(https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/drivers/)?

Do you have a spare GPU? Or another computer you could put this one in for testing purposes?

yes i have a brand new pc, r5 3600, rtx 2060, is it dangerous to put a defectuous gpu is my new pc?

Assuming everything was working prior to the update I find it hard to believe the GPU is defective.

Though to answer the question in rare circumstances when a GPU is defective the possibility does exist that it could take out other hardware. The risk is very low but if you still don't want to chance it is there any other PC you could use?

I'm still not convinced the GPU is defective. Do you have an extra HDD around? If you installed Windows to it and then the NVIDIA driver does the behaviour change?
