you can look for drivers for these device by looking up their id by

 

open properties of that unknown device > choose details tab > in Property, choose "Device instance path" or "Hardware ids"

 

choose one of them and "Control + C" to copy it and search in Microsoft Catalog

 

alternatively, drivers can be obtained over Windows Update automatically too. It is way better and it helps you update the correct driver for the right Device ID.

 

or Google it for drivers (probably a bad idea because a lot of sites guides you to download PUPs instead of actual driver)

 

if they can't help you with that. the only choice is that downloading the latest driver from official OEM's help website and try to find the right one corresponding to the words based on the "Device instance path" or "Hardware ids" suggests.


but most of OEM will have some sort of apps to automatically find a driver and update it

 

they should provide you correct drivers for the right OS and right OS architecture
