resetting the cmos works but every time i shutdown my pc and turned it on again, It always gave me this error..

Can you try updating the BIOS if resetting the CMOS gets you to boot? even if you're on the latest version reflashing the same version might help, also seen someone say that disabling Memory Fast Boot in BIOS helped

Motherboard code loop: 15 -> 36 or 3b -> 32 ->(repeat)

resetting the cmos works but every time i shutdown my pc and turned it on again, It always gave me this error..

That does point out to unstable or faulty RAM, since the iGPU uses the system RAM as its VRAM and flickering usually indicates a VRAM issue that means there something wrong with the RAM, also code 15 means it failed to initialize the RAM.

Is your RAM overclocked? what is their frequency? can you try different sticks of RAM?

But i memtest it and there are no errors.

Yeah i overclocked it but even i didnt overclock my ram, i still get that weird flickering freeze issue.

Ram: HyperX Blu 2x4GB 1600 mhz 1.65v

When I had my gpu, i still get freezing issue but no flickers, sometimes I get blue screens, at first i suspect my ram but i tested it and got no errors,

Maybe its my cpu or motherboard?

What did you use to memtest and for how long? is your CPU currently overclocked? you should always test at Stock to ensure stability, you won't know if it's unstable because of your overclock, and the issue could be related to your PSU, I've had an issue with a system that runs normally for a certain amount of time and then it wouldn't turn on again unless you let the PSU rest for a bit, the motherboard and fans would turn on and everything but it wouldn't post, I'm guessing due to degraded capacitors, do you have another PSU that you could test with? how old is your current one?

It might help to clean the RAM slot and the RAM stick with a dry brush, or use a different RAM slot since your motherboard has 4, hope it works out :)

I already clean it and installed it on other slots,, the 2 and 4 slot is not working,(sometimes its working).. And the mobo is very sensitive,, slight vibration or shaking might freeze my pc.
