What parts would be recommended to upgrade for an RTX 3000 card

Dirtjelly

What parts would be recommended to upgrade in my desktop PC to prepare for an RTX 3000 card (or at least 2080 Ti for current measurements)? I don't particularly want to get an entirely new PC, but at the same time I want to keep my system at relatively high-end specs. If it helps I do 2D and 3D Unity, Blender, programming and Premier work so it would be nice to have a bit of an upgrade anyway. Thank heaps!

We have no idea what kind of improvements will be made to workloads like blender. Turing was pretty big on that front, improving compatibility with low level APIs and also boosting Cuda performance in workstation uses, but we have yet to see what 3000 series will bring

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

rtx 3000 is a node shrink, those tend to bring a noteworthy performance increase. Specifics? Unknown until official information.
Your question can be better answered then.
Also you're gonna need to get an entirely new pc 😈
