Recently bought rtx 2060 super

I recently this rtx 2060 super with usbc port and a 8 and 6 pin connector, when it came it didnt have a usbc port or these power connectors.... have i been sent the wrong product? or have i missed something such as the usbc version is unavailable?

what do you mean? it physically doesn't have the ports or it didn't include the cables?

physically doesnt have them, i only have 1 hdm and 3 display ports, and it only has one 8 pin connector

not in my system yet... what have i been sent if its not an rtx 2060 super? its says it is on the box?

it looks like they gave you the wrong version of the 2060 super.

The only differences I could see would be the extra power delivery, and the USB-C port.

You can check the exact model number and google it(but it seems there are multiple variants using the same number) or compare it with the ones that are listed on TechpowerUp if you want to know the exact model you got but it's probably one of these two:

Probably the way to differentiate the two would be a sticker in the box, not sure what was changed between the revisions, maybe the fan curve or something like that.
