Hello everyone, I am looking to replace my broken Beringher 302 USB. I'd need the one with phantom power for my condenser microphone. Budget is £60.

If this is just to get your mic into your PC what you really want is an audio interface, check out the link in my description if you want to learn a bit about them or see my recommendations.

Mic is XLR and the on board audio doesn't work..  using a sound card

Yep, what you want is an audio interface, not a mixer.

That one has two mic inputs and a reasonably powerful headphone amplifier, if you're in the UK make sure you check the price at Thomann before buying it but I think you'll enjoy it.

That kit comes with headphones and another microphone for $60, it would be much better value for you to just get the interface since you already have a mic.

What mic is it? if you're gifting it to them you may want to just get the C2 instead, the C1 really isn't a great microphone and those headphones likely aren't the best

Yeah, I'd suggest buying the Behringer C2 stereoset with the interface rather than that bundle. 
They sound great and are really cheap.
