Hey guys! I'm pretty new when it comes to cleaning my pc and I just cleaned it today using canned air. There are still bits and pieces of dust left on my gpu and motherboard that won't go away after using the canned air. I was looking through the forums and saw that I can use a brush to clean it off. Will this Brush be good for the job? Help is much appreciated!

That would work but you can also just use a $1 toothbrush or even makeup brushes.

Yep, these are anti-static brushes that should work great for removing any additional dust that compressed air couldn't.

That's not really a good idea, anti-static brushes are recommended since they generate less ESD (Electro-Static Discharge) as in comparison to  traditional brushes which give off more ESD when they are moved/rubbed against another surface.

Modern PCs are quite ESD-resistant, and OP should be grounding himself anyway. I have cleaned all my components with just cheap brushes and toothbrushes (and tissues but that's besides the point) and they're all totally fine.

I wouldn't take the risk of potentially damaging your expensive components (even if the chances are low) for saving a few bucks on brushes. The cheap brush/tissue may also break off as you're cleaning, leaving tissue fibers and/or broken off bristles all over your system.
