Honestly that's probably just one or two malware programs. The reason you're seeing so many infections is because each file counts as one.

 

As for uBlock Origin, you can still download it but gave it off by default. Just enable it for sites that are really bad. You could also just go into the filters and only enable the malware related ones.

Thats what I thought, especially as 99.9% are labeled exactly the same. 

At me or quote me, I want to hear your opinion.

Is this a complete add blocker, because I still want to support creators. 

uBlock has a whitelist you can add sites you want to support to.
