Are these normal frequencies for a 2700x???

I'll open CPUID HWMonitor and eventually notice extremely high frequencies in the max column.  Here are some screenshots I took:

If these don't look right, could this explain my instability issues I've been having for almost a year?

They are not legit.

Bad software doesn't usually cause stability issues.

Try hwinfo64 instead.
