Nvidia 550ti Upgrade

I have an nvidia 550ti and i am looking to upgrade , i have a budget of £300.I mainly use my pc for video editing , any ideas?

video editing of what sort? i'd go ahead and recommend a 7970, because premiere is releasing a content update which improves the performance with amd cards.

For around 320$ you're best bet is a non reference 7970, & around 240$ you can get an excellent 7950.
The models that I would suggest for the 7970 & the 7950 are the HIS IceQ X2, the MSI Twinfrozr III & the Sapphire Dual-X.
