While idoling, my voltage is around 1.35 - 1.37 which ive been told is too high. And thats on default settings, but when I auto overclock in the ryzen master software, my voltage is around 1.40 which ive been told is also too high. Im so confused, if my voltage is too high at stock there must be a problem./

That's fine, for idle.

What's your full load Vcore at?

Under load, it hit like 1.40 with the overclock.

How about at stock? I'd suggest keeping your Vcore at around 1.35V max for save 24/7 usage, preferably under that.

At stock, pretty much idol its still over 1.35v

Update your BIOS and chipset drivers.

If it's still over 1.35V, try applying a slight negative voltage offset in the BIOS, something like -0.05V to -0.1V, and use something like Cinebench throughout to make sure you're not losing performance while undervolting.

I mean, if you're not hammering your CPU with Prime95 Small FFT day and night, probably not. But there were multiple known cases of motherboards pushing too much unnecessary voltage into Zen 2 CPUs, ever since these chips launched iirc.
