The 2060 is technically slightly faster. If you're streaming and you use nvec go for the 2060. 

What other specs ? Budget? And what are they priced at?  What about the 5700? Which is faster than both of these cards.

Are you unironically using user benchmark as a trust worthy source lol..

Both if these gpus would work depending on the workload. 

Need the new nvec ? 2060/super. 

Want the bigger frame buffer for some reason. 1070ti. One is cheaper the the other. Then get that. 

And user benchmark is not really a source. It's always wrong. I wouldn't trust it. And in fact. No body does lol..
