just use the one from microsoft they made it easy. Even though its for 7 it works with Vista and Newer.

No they are formatting and putting the ISO on it. And if you wondering to restonrer it to normal you just reformat it.

So download the tool and install it, plug in your plash drive, open program, select ISO and flash drive and hit go and your done.

First, select the format type as fat32 or ntfs and try that. Otherwise open up cmd and either use the diskpart method or try format G:

1.  Open command prompt (run as admin)

2.  type "diskpart" and hit enter

3.  type "list disk" and hit enter, you will be able to see by the size column which one is your usb stick

4.  Say its disk 2, type "select disk 2" and hit enter

5.  Wipe it by typing "clean" and hit enter

6.  When thats done type "create partition primary" hit enter

7.  type "select partition 1" and hit enter

8.  type "active" and hit enter

9.  type "format fs=fat32" and hit enter and let it run.

10.  type "assign" and hit enter

Oh he needs to know how to revert, my bad. If its a flash drive just format it and heads up you cant partition a flash drive.
