getting no boot, built exactly the same as previous

rip _intel_

so i have a pc then i rebuilt it for fun. I made sure to rebuild it the exact same way, and it doesn't work when I try to short the pins. help

rebuild it again, something might not have been seated properly.

A short while there was residual current in any component... killing said part.
